We often eat saturated food daily-basis such as butter, coconut oil, and lard, etc. Saturated fat is in a solid-state at room temperature. Eating too much can raise your cholesterol level (LDL), which may lead to heart disease like heart attack and stroke, etc. Therefore, you should take only up to 10% of your calories from saturated fat. That’s only 200 calories from your 2000 calories per day diet.
Here is the list of saturated fat that we should avoid
Ice cream or Greek Yogurt– It contains only 6g per cup. This is compared to 4 grams for the ice cream. The low fat and non-fat Greek-style yogurt get rid of the most saturated fat.
Chicken thigh or Salmon- Chicken thigh is three times more than a serving of salmon. Without skin, it adds more saturated fat. So, we should avoid such kind of fat. To get rid of this, we should cut back this from our food instead of the liver. It is 1 gram per serving.
Bision Patty or Beef Patty– It still has 3 or more grams per serving. You cannot get wild to eat this. Patties are best in compare to bision as it serves linear meet to cut down saturated fat.
Beed Sirloin or 2 percent milk- It is a good source of, nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin D, and calcium. Milk also has fewer calories. It is double of saturated fat of a 3-ounce serving of sirloin that’s been trimmed of all exist fat. Even if you leave 1/8 inch (0.2 m) of fat on, it only gets up to just over 2 grams.
