Refund and Return Policy
Fitrick is confident about the product and we offer you a 100% money back guarantee if you’re not satisfied. If you feel Fitrick is not working for you, all you need to do is return the unopened box along with the details of the purchase. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order
For any reasonable order dispute, Fitrick welcomes customers to “RETURNS & EXCHANGES” center to submit an application.
Fitrick values every customer and works hard to provide customers with an enjoyable experience using Fitrick products. We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Fitrick – you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging are intact.
If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by credit card then we will reverse the payment within 14 working days. For a debit card, a refund will take 30 working days to get processed. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
Refunds will be approved within this guarantee only under the accepted circumstances below.
Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
The following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:
- Damages due to misuse of the product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Any consumable item which has been used.
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Combos sold won’t be taken back/returned as individual units
Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
Some special rules for promotional offers may override “Fitrick’s 7 Day Returns Policy”
You can return products purchased from Fitrick within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same), except for our non-returnable products and high-value products which can only be returned for limited number of days.
- Create a ‘Return Request’ under “My Orders” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the ‘Return’ button. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
- We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.
- If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us
Pick-up: If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused and no damage. Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our staff may initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk.
Self-ship: In case your area pin code is not eligible for “Pick-up” mode then, please self-ship the product to our Returns desk. Please pack the product and ensure the product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. Kindly address the package to the address of the Returns desk closest to you. We have listed out the addresses of the Returns desk in another section on this page.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on website. You can get in touch with our customer service agents in case you need further assistance
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.

Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Fitrick will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference. The customer will have to bear a 15% cut as shipment fee.
Please note** – We do NOT accept any returns that are sent to us directly. You need a return number for the payment to be processed.
